The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) had issued an ultimatum to the producers that if they do not sign the long pending MoU by October 2, 2015; all the 22 affiliates including WICA, will go on an indefinite strike starting from October 3, 2015.

The WICA is in support of the demands and action as proposed by the Federation.

WICA requests all members to be prepared for an indefinite period of hardship and support this strike. It is for the betterment of our wages, working conditions and our dignity.

एक लम्बे समय से फ़िल्म और टेलीविज़न निर्माता MOU को स्वीकार नहीं क्र रहे हैं । FWICE की तरफ से Producers की सभी संस्थाओ को अंतिम नोटिस दिया है कि 2 अक्टूबर 2015 तक MOU स्वीकार कर लें । अन्यथा 3 अकटूबर 2015 से WICA, अन्य 22 Aassociations के साथ अनिश्चित हड़ताल करेगा । WICA के सभी सदस्यों से निवेदन है ~ बेहतर पारिश्रमिक, काम पर बेहतर वातावरण और एक गौरवमयी जीवन पाने के लिए करबद्ध तैयार रहें।
